MRS. C'S BISON LASAGNA RECIPE

Happy Sunday Farmers!

I hope your Christmas was filled with tons of love and that it was everything you needed it to be during these turbulent times.

Our family had a very mellow holiday celebration this year, however, we did spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking together. Our son has been staying with us for a couple of months before his big move to Georgia.

It's been so nice having him back in the nest again. One of the best parts? He has downright spoiled us with his cooking. He made this scrumptious salmon dish several nights ago.

Mrs. Colonial's Kitchen recipes began in part because he requested I write down some of my recipes that are his favorites so he could make them while away at college. I'm beginning to think I may need to add a few of his recipes to the mix. What do you think?

With Christmas in the rear view mirror, but cozy time still high on the list, I'm heading back into the kitchen tonight to whip up this loveliness.
