If your loved one is as crazy about ice cream as mine is, their heart will be over flowing with delight because they'll think you slaved away to make this dessert especially for them. 

 

Feel free to change up the flavors of ice cream to your personal preference, and to represent any holiday or special occasion. Feel free to make the pie crust a day ahead and refrigerate until use.
