There couldn’t be a more simple recipe, although the flavors of this one may fool your taste buds into believing it’s more complex. I’m going back to basics, once again, and letting whole, organic foods do all the talking, and the language they’re speaking is warm, cozy, and nurtured sustenance. This recipe gets rave reviews and happens to be my husband's most favorite chicken dish. Using a clay pot and its element of steam allows the bird to be cooked for longer, and it marries all the flavors together but doesn't dry anything out.
