Mrs. Colonial's Kitchen recipe: Avocado Toast. When we bought this property, I had no idea I had such a natural bounty of goodness just steps away from the kitchen.  Months after moving here, my landscaper brought it to my attention that we have wild onions growing on the property. I felt so lucky and couldn't wait to try them. I LOVE all sorts of avocado toast, so I knew immediately this would be the first recipe I would use them in, and they don't disappoint. You may not have wild onions, so feel free to use any sprouts from the grocery store that you think you may like. ENJOY!
