This healthier chocolate chip cookie will quickly become your family's favorite. The slightly bitter taste of the almond flour mixed with the earthy flavor of the hazelnuts is so satisfying. Because there are no raw eggs, and the typical flour has been replaced with almond flour, you can eat the raw dough without any worries. I often find myself enjoying half the dough before it ever makes it to the oven. A personal favorite of mine, roll the raw dough into 1 1/2" balls and enjoy it with a cup of tea. You're welcome!

 

You'll need to experiment with your baking time. This is a delicate cookie that requires precise temperature and cooking time based on your oven. I bake in a La Cornue oven which could be slightly different than yours. If you want to bake these cookies in a standard oven, no convection, use a 350 degree temperature with a baking time of 12 to 13 minutes. ENJOY!
